Put flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Mix well. Pour warm water (about 40-45 degrees). Add oil bit by bit and mix with water. Mix flour, baking powder and salt, you will need warm water (40-45 degrees) to make the dough. Periodically add water to the dough, dough is ready when you do not have it on your hands. Shape into a ball, wrap with cellophane and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
