600 600 gr. spinach
150 150 gr. smoked sulguni
3 3 eggs
3 3 piece garlic
2 2 piece onions
50 50 gr. coriander

Wash spinach and place in boiling water for 5 minutes, than squeeze and switch to icy water for 3 more minutes. When it is done, squeeze again and chop it.

Add oil on the onions and fry it in the pan. After that, put eggs, grated cheese, chopped coriander and stewed onions with spinach, stir delicately and put it in the desired shape. Bake it at 180 degrees, for 15 minutes.
