First of all, we advise you to develop a good habit - when you wake up, drink 1 cup of water at room temperature. It is not recommended to drink tea or coffee on an empty stomach, since you can earn gastritis.
As always, in the mornings we are in a hurry somewhere, and at best, having breakfast at all, we eat the same products every day. This way our breakfast becomes boring and monotonous. Nutritionists advise us to diversify the morning ration with the following products as much as possible: cereals, egg white, fish fillets, chicken, meat without fat, vegetables, not sweet and not sour fruits, nuts in small quantities, dried fruits, cottage cheese, greens, wheat bread yeast.
Conversely, refrain from yeast, sweet and sour foods in the morning.
