”I graduated from the Culinary Academy of the Georgian Agrarian University. During my frequent travels, I had the opportunity to experience the culinary culture of different countries, which allowed me to develop my skills and knowledge of different ingredients and techniques.

Now that I live in Georgia, I’m happy to use my experience to create new and interesting dishes. I believe that combining local traditional dishes with modern techniques will give me the opportunity to create many interesting and valuable dishes. 200 200 gr. red pepper 0.007 0.003 salt.
100 100 gr. strachetella
20 20 gr. nut
10 10 gr. pepper jam
7 7 gr. thickened black vinegar
3 3 gr. garlic

Bake red pepper. After cooling, remove the skin and seeds.

Mix red pepper and other ingredients together.

For serving, we use stracchetella and lettuce leaves.

How To Serve

Serve the dish with a baguette.
