”I graduated from the Culinary Academy of the Georgian Agrarian University. During my frequent travels, I had the opportunity to experience the culinary culture of different countries, which allowed me to develop my skills and knowledge of different ingredients and techniques. Now that I live in Georgia, I’m happy to use my experience to create new and interesting dishes.
I believe that combining local traditional dishes with modern techniques will give me the opportunity to create many interesting and valuable dishes. Currently, I am a chef at the “Ninia Baghi” restaurant and also a lecturer at the Culinary Academy. - Tornike Tadumadze, chef cook.
