Colored tomato salad with a sulguni pouch

The essence of Georgian nature and the bounty of the season on a single plate. A zesty pesto made from bladdernuts and wild leek, paired with vibrant cherry tomatoes, pomegranate, and creamy burrata, creates a harmonious blend of bold flavors and varied textures. A light dressing of lemon and olive oil adds freshness to the dish, while the balsamic glaze and green oil lend it additional depth of flavor. Familiar Georgian ingredients are brought together here in a modern and sophisticated interpretation.
