My name is Yana Iantbelidze. I am a chef who carries a part of my country’s traditions and presents them to the world from a fresh perspective. My journey began at the Kaha Bendukidze Culinary Academy, and it was my first chef, Giorgi Iosava at Strada restaurant, who played a key role in shaping my passion for this craft.
A turning point in my career was moving to Kazakhstan and working with ABR company. There, I gained essential leadership skills and unlocked 70% of my potential. It was in Kazakhstan that my culinary philosophy took shape — a “New Georgia,” where centuries-old traditions meet modern techniques. Today, I create dishes that tell the story of my country through the language of contemporary gastronomy.
Water quality in cooking is just as important as drinking it daily. Clean water is the key to health and the foundation of any dish’s flavor. Borjomi meets all my standards perfectly: its natural mineralization not only complements but enhances the true taste of each ingredient, making Georgian cuisine even more expressive.
