Chef
Nikita Bychkov

Nikita Bychkov entered the kitchen at the age of 15. His mother was a chef, and the profession came naturally to him: not as a choice, but continuation. Within the years of work, he has developed a style that can be described with one phrase: the product always comes first. Nikita believes — there is no need to hide a good product behind complicated techniques or overloaded sauces. It can be complemented, elevated, and highlighted. Today, Nikita Bychkov is a concept-chef of six restaurants at once in Tashkent: Zira Cafe, OKO, Oila Cafe, Zimmer, V Myaso and Chalet. Each of these projects has its own character and audience, but all are united by the same approach to cuisine. This is a rare ability - to be able to maintain consistently high standards everywhere at once, without losing the identity of each of the restaurants.
