Jasur Abidkhonov

Love of cooking for Jasur Abidkhanov began in childhood - it was then that he first realized that he wanted to connect his life with gastronomy.
Jasur's professional path began in Tashkent, where he graduated from School # 115 and the College of Tourism with a degree in "Cook". His first serious job was the Uzbekistan Hotel in 2009. Later, he took the position of chef at the restaurant Maestro, where he strengthened his leadership and culinary skills.
The chef's international experience includes studying in Russia at the Igor Profchenko Chef Academy in 2018, as well as participation in the culinary seminar "European Chefs" in Sofia (Bulgaria), where he received an official certificate.
In 2023, in Tashkent, Jasur was awarded with the title of “Chef of the Year” by AB Group — a high assessment of his professionalism and signature cuisine.
Today, Jasur Abidkhanov is the brand chef of the restaurant “Meat Steak House”, where he creates dishes with an emphasis on meat quality, gastronomic precision, and respect for traditions.
