Ilya Benashvili has been working in the culinary industry for 14 years. His culinary journey began at the Georgian Culinary Academy, where, having gained professional expertise, he continues to work to this day, sharing his experience with young chefs.

Over the years, he has met professionals in the field and made friends who later became his business partners. It was precisely this shared vision and experience that led to the creation of the restaurant “Ninias Baghi”—a place born of friendship, professionalism, and a shared culinary vision.
