Davit Burduli is a 29-year-old chef who, after graduating from the Georgian CulinaryAcademy , completed an internship at the Leila café,
 He then began working at the Lisi restaurant, but returned to Leila after a few months and has since been welcoming guests from Georgia and other countries, creating exquisite dishes in Leila’s kitchen.

“Cooking for me isn’t just a profession; it’s the feeling that I’m creating something good for people. I’ve been working in this field for 11 years now, and what matters most to me is the taste, the purity, and the joy that the cooking process brings me. I try to put my heart and soul into every dish, because cooking isn’t just about preparing food—it’s a form of art. Every dish is like a little story that begins in my kitchen.”
