Bobur Shokirkhodzhaev's path to the profession was not straightforward.
Originally from Kokand, with a degree in banking, he worked in his specialty for only a month before moving to Moscow. He started from performing basic tasks: washing dishes, peeling vegetables, and at the same time learned the language right in the kitchen.
With time he became chef's assistant, completed training in Frernch cuisine, and interned in Sochi and Moscow.
A real interest for the profession formed later in Tashkent - with the emergence of systematic approach and a strong team. Within two months at "Pro Khinkali", he grew into head chef, and then worken in "Syrovarnya" as a brand chef's assistant.
Next step is "Gorynich", where he presented as the opening chef and formed the kitchen from scratch. It is essentially important for him not to stay in one place - development and new challenges are always more important than status.
Today, he is 29 years old, with nearly ten years of expirience behind his back and a team that has been working with him since the very opening.
His approach is simple: a strong kitchen is built through people.
