Certainly, everyone loves cookies - American cookies with crispy edges and moist filling. Follow the principle of preparation and bake various types of biscuits. You can add 1 tbs of chocolate or hazelnut paste, white or black chocolate pieces, various nuts, dried fruits, etc. to the dough.
You will need:
Take the butter and eggs out from the refrigerator 1 hour before cooking.
Whisk in the butter and sugar until llight mass is obtained.
Add the egg, beat up well.
Mix soda, raising agent and salt in the flour. Pour into the butter mass and mix well with a wooden spoon until the flour is fully incorporated. Finally add the chocolate - grains or sliced bar.
Wrap the dough in a plastic wrap and pace it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Place the baking paper on a plate, take 1 tablespoon of the dough, round it and distribute it evenly on a plate. Separate them, as they will puff out during baking. Divide the dough balls onto two plates.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
* You may use both white and brown sugar, or mix it 50/50.
** You can replace high quality flour with whole grains. The cookies thus will be more healthy.
