The founders of the Guliani Group came up with the idea of creating a space on the winery grounds that harmonizes with the history of this place.

Shushbandi features modern Georgian cuisine, and guests are also offered a selection of European dishes. We update our menu quite frequently, offering customers exceptional dishes created specifically for Shushbandi by our chef. Accordingly, given the restaurant’s location, our wine list features up to 150 different wines, all carefully selected to offer our guests the very best and something truly special.
Five years ago, we set ourselves the goal of offering our customers high-quality service and earning our place in the Georgian hospitality sector through our reputation. This is evidenced by the Gault&Millau quality seal, which we have held since our opening to this day. Therefore, our top priority is continuous quality improvement".
