Palove Museum

Palove Museum: The only place in the world where plov became history
The Palove Museum is not simply a restaurant. It is the only establishment in the world dedicated to the art of making palove, its history, and its culture. More than 20 varieties of Uzbek palove are represented here — each from a different region, each with its own character. Oshpazes from across the country are specially invited to cook, so as to pass on a living tradition rather than a copy of one.
The space brings together gastronomy and art: unique exhibits stand alongside works by contemporary Uzbek artists, creating an atmosphere in which food becomes part of a great story. The spirit of Eastern hospitality — warm, generous, sincere — is felt in every detail.
The Palove Museum is open to everyone: to tourists who want to discover Uzbekistan through taste, and to local residents for whom this place has become a source of pride and a point of attraction.
