 Osteria Mario is a restraurant in love with Italy. Not in the image or stereotype, but in essence: in its products, techniques, culture and respect for the tradition. Italian cuisine has been studied here throughly and continiously - and now it is reflected in every dish. 


Classic recipies are not simply copied here, but reinterpreted - carefully, and without losing the character. Bolognese is not served with taglietelle, but inside thin egg pasta. The sauce is prepared without pork and wine. 
The details change, however the soul remains italian. 


The interior is warm and truly cozy - a place you want to return to again and again. Osteria Mario is a part of the Tigrus holding and operates in several cities, but remains loyal to the same one idea everytime: every guest can expirience the true taste of Italy, wherever they are.
