Osobnyak is a restaurant serving French-Italian cuisine in the historic center of Almaty. The restaurant is housed in a former private residence, preserving an intimate and secluded atmosphere, sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The atmosphere of this place is inextricably linked to its past: according to legend, the family that once lived in the mansion carefully preserved an antique recipe book. Inspired by this story, Chef Nikita Chernikov seems to be reviving the gastronomic traditions of the past. He takes French and Italian classics from those very pages as his foundation and serves them with his own signature “twist.” The kitchen’s core philosophy is not simply to feed guests, but to evoke an emotional experience, transforming dinner into an aesthetic experience.

The restaurant’s interior has been thought out down to the smallest detail and offers various dining experiences: guests can enjoy the elegant main dining room, private VIP rooms on the second floor for exclusive gatherings, as well as spacious and picturesque summer terraces.
