On the ground floor of a charming house in Old Batumi, you’ll discover a new dining destination featuring a beautiful interior with exquisite details, a cozy courtyard, friendly staff, and fusion cuisine led by brand chef Elene Kakabadze. We believe that “Niche” will become your favorite spot in Batumi.

"We already had a successful project called ‘Gardens,’ which for many years combined the concepts of a café, restaurant, and bar. We decided to create a completely different, cozy atmosphere in Old Batumi; however, this time we chose the direction of a classic restaurant with a Georgian fusion menu and exclusive wines in limited quantities, which is constantly changing and evolving.

The menu was developed by our brand chef, Elene Kakabadze, who perfectly understood our vision, and we are proud to say that the quality of our ingredients, the taste, the interior, the location, and the tireless work of our team—all of this together allows us to claim the title of the best restaurant.

As for our plans for the future, we would certainly like to expand, but for now, our main goal remains to strengthen the brand’s position.
