“Margo” shares old and new stories with you: in the morning, intoxicated by the aroma of clove- and cinnamon-spiced buns, it tells the Mtkvari about its dreams, and in the evening, it sets a festive table, gathers friends, and welcomes you to the sounds of music and the murmur of the Mtkvari River.
Margo’s brand chef is Tina Vashakidze, as restless as Margo itself, who creates dishes with character. Every dish seems to tell a story about Margot's character and life—interesting, cheerful, and emotional: refined in the French style in the morning, and in the evening, vibrant and seasoned with colored peppers.
Margo’s cuisine is a fusion of Georgian and European dishes. Every dish is as elegant as Margo itself. At first glance, the chicken pâté might resemble a French dessert, while the Megrelian elarji is adorned with shrimp, like pearls.
The Margo Sololaki restaurant opened in November; starting in the spring, it will feature an outdoor pool and a café surrounded by the Sololaki Mountains.
