Manana — A Warm Georgian Corner

Manana is a place where you stop being just a restaurant guest and become part of a great Georgian feast. The name, the space and the food all speak the same language: generosity, warmth and soul.

The interior is designed to feel like a Georgian home — cosy halls, warm tones, living details and arched brick walls that make you want to stay longer. A romantic evening, a family dinner, a loud gathering with friends — Manana feels right for all of them. There is even a dedicated children's zone, because Georgian hospitality has always included everyone at the table.

The menu is a journey to the heart of Georgia: spicy starters and homemade pickles, juicy khinkali and aromatic khachapuri from ancient recipes, a rich selection of meat — shashlik, lula kebab, steaks and braised veal — fish from dorado to charcoal-grilled sea bass, author's interpretations of classic pkhali, and desserts rooted in Georgian tradition. The kitchen is open, the stage is set for live performances, and the summer terrace seats 70. 165 seats inside. 70 on the terrace. One atmosphere: the warmth of Georgia, in the heart of Tashkent.
