AYUL

AUYL is an experimental restaurant project located in the Medeu Gorge.
It is the result of creative collaboration between architects, artists, craftsmen, designers, and creative producers. Together, we have created an immersive space at the intersection of gastronomy and performance.

The project invites guests to become part of the experience — through lighting, sound, atmosphere, textures, and aromas. The restaurant’s cuisine offers original interpretations of Central Asian dishes.
