Hello, I am Salome Goglidze, clinical nutritionist. I chose my profession while studying at the medical university and I am currently continuing my studies in the graduate course of the clinical nutritionology master’s program at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland.
I also studied at Monash University in Australia, after which I started working as a clinical counselor with people who have various discomforts/disorders caused by eating and need to improve their eating habits. My second job is at the Champions Academy, where I help people involved in sports to improve their nutrition and, accordingly, achieve the desired results. A balanced, plant-based diet and a healthy lifestyle have always been a priority for me, as this helped me to stay physically active and motivated to achieve my goals. Instagram and Tik-Tok turned out to be an amazing way for me to share my knowledge and experience with others, which I continue to do actively today.
Any recipe or dish that I prepare myself or share with my subscribers is rich in plant products. An abundance of plant products is a necessary component of a balanced diet. Even today, we offer a very simple, balanced and, what is most important, a dish rich in vegetable products – “Pasta covered with vegetables”.
The dish is also unusual for children who do not eat vegetables in the usual way.
