The fuss in the kitchen and the preparation of various desserts attracted me from an early childhood. I really like to make experiments and I am not afraid that I might fail. I often used to make the best desserts when I improvise the recipe in my own way.

During the pandemic, I joined a very positive group of amateur cooks - home cooking adventure. Once I posted photos of my own creation, I received so much positive and amazing feedback that I couldn’t stop. I have a wife and two children, my own appraisers. I am a financier by profession and currently I’m the manager of the Administrative and Financial Department at LEPL Center for Environmental Information and Education of the Ministry of Environment Protection and Agriculture of Georgia.

Although I have a very busy days both at work and at home, after the children go to bed in the evening, I still manage to prepare various delicacies and make my family feel happy in the morning.

Culinary is a kind of relaxation for me, and I get the greatest pleasure from the evaluations of the photos posted on the social network. 1 1 tablespoon honey
1 1 cup grinded walnuts
1 1 teaspoon baking soda and vinegar
1,5 1,5 cup flour
150 150 gr. butter
1/2 1/2 cup powdered sugar
350 350 gr. sour cream (30%)

Sponge-cake (biscuit): Make “Goglimogli” from 1 egg and 1 tbsp sugar. Add 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp walnuts, 1 tbsp soda vinegar and 1.5 tbsp flour.

Knead well and divide the resulting team into three parts.

Put butter on a round piece of parchment paper, roll out the dough and bake on a pan.

Cut the round circles from the baked layer by cups after cool. Crush the remaining sponge-cake.

Cream: beat 1 tbsp walnuts, half a tsp powdered sugar, 150 g softened butter and 350 g sour cream with a mixer and the cream is ready.

Assembling: sponge-cake pieces, cream, cut sponge-cake, cream around the sponge-cake.

Decorate with cinnamon sticks and anise star, which gives an amazing flavor to the cake.
