“I am Nino, a person who adores cooking. For me, this sphere is associated with art, constant variability and endless innovation. For a person like me who is constantly searching for something new, cooking is an amazing thing, as I enjoy experiments, always find different ways of preparing traditional desserts or changing the ingredients. It is an amazing emotion when you prepare something touchable and delicious for your loved ones. The feeling caused by their emotions on their faces is incomparable.
Enjoyment of culinary encouraged me to create an Instagram blog - Fikaberry, which I often jokingly call my child. I try to postas much desserts as possible, with detailed recipes and relevant history. In addition to cooking, I also love taking photos where I express myself. It gives me a great pleasure to receive positive feedback regarding my favorite activities and motivates me to do even more. ” - Nino Mchedeladze.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and prepare the baking tin (apply an oil or spread over a baking paper). First start preparing of the brownie mass, rinse the canned with fresh water and place in a strainer. Put 1 bar of dark chocolate with butter on a steam bath and cool slightly.
Put eggs, sugar and salt in a blender, blend for about 2-3 minutes, then add the bean grains and blend again, finally mix the cooled melted chocolate, sifted cocoa and vanilla powder, turn into one mass and place it on a baking tin.
Add pieces of milk chocolate pieces and nuts in the baking tin. Bake for 30 minutes at 175 degrees. Before the brownies are baked, start preparing the caramel. For this you will need: 150 grams of white sugar, 30 ml of water, 120 ml cream of room temperature, 50 grams of butter of room temperature, ½ tsp salt.
Melt the sugar with water on low heat, do not stir! When the mass gets brown, remove from the heat and add cream very carefully and stir, then add butter, return the resulting mass again on a low heat, boil for 1-2 minutes and the caramel is ready. At the final stage, add salt to the cooled mass and taste.
How To Serve
Let the brownies cool well and serve deliciously with the salted caramel.
