I could spend the whole day in the kitchen. I enjoy cooking delicious dishes and offering them to my guests.  I plan to attend courses at a culinary school abroad. 1 1 piece Onion
3 3 clove Garlic
4 4 piece Batata
4 4 piece Eggs
100 100 gr. Cream
150 150 gr. Goat Cheese
100 100 gr. Pesto
10 10 gr. Olive oil
3 3 gr. Salt
1 1 рinch Black pepper
1 1 tablespoon Sweet paprika
300 300 gr. Ready-made puff pastry

Roll out the flattened dough in a ceramic or glass jar. Bake for 15 minutes at 220 degrees in a preheated oven.

Cut the onion, garlic and batata. Pour olive oil on the pan, sauté the vegetables for 10-15 minutes.

Beat 4 eggs, add cream, sweet pepper, salt and pepper.

Place the sautéed vegetables on the half-baked dough, pour in the egg mass, cut goat cheese and pesto.

Return to the oven and bake for 40 minutes at 210 degrees.
