Pasta with tarragon pesto and smoked cherry

125 125 gr. smoked cheese
125 125 gr. kakhetian oil
80 80 gr. walnuts

In a bowl, mix two kinds of flour and bring to the board. In the middle, make a deepening, add the yolks and mix in a circular motion. Stir for 3-5 minutes and set aside for 15 minutes.
