Baked vegetables with minced meat

ingredients
500 500 gr. mix of minced meat
200 200 gr. walnut
500 500 gr. cheese sulguni
2 2 onions
2 2 red belly peppers
2 2 eggplants
2 2 zucchini
3 3 piece of garlic
4 4 tomato
40 40 gr. basilic
100 100 ml. sunflower oil

The vegetables needs to be washed. Unskinned tomatoes blend with walnuts and cleaned garlic. Add chopped basil grass. Eggplant and Zucchini cut in to the long and thin pieces. Fry minced meat with oil, add chopped onions and red belly peppers.

Place fried meat on the slices of eggplant and zucchini, make rolls and fix them with wooden sticks. Fill the whole baking dish. In the end pour tomato sauce on the top.

Bake on 200 degrees for 45 minutes. 10 minutes before dish is ready, sprinkle with grounded cheese.

How To Serve

Remove wooden sticks and enjoy till it's warm.
