400 400 gr. Tarragon
100 100 gr. olive oil
2 2 quince
100 100 gr. lemon
2 2 piece garlic

Clean the chicken, sprinkle with olive oil, salt and garlic. Peel the quince and cut into desired slices. Put in the oven, bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

For the tarragon sauce, blend the tarragon, lemon juice and olive oil until the mass is uniform.

Serve with chicken and quince with tarragon sauce.
