Make marinade for meat. Veal washed and cut into cubes. Pour olive oil (250 ml), add rosemary, pepper and lemon.
Leave for 2 hours.
Tarragon need to be washed, then blended with cream.
Once again, clean the meat from the seasonings and place in a saucepan. Stew together with the marinade juice for 1 hour on low heat in a closed saucepan.
Check if the meat has become soft, add tarragon sauce and boil for another 5 minutes. Add salt to taste.
To make a side dish, cut the bell pepper and put it in a frying pan in oil, add the pepper.
