Place the salmon in a round mold. Divide parmesan in two equal parts and grate one of them. Prepare the filling: place in a bowl cream cheese, goat cheese, grated parmesan, finely chopped tomatoes, capers, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Mix well.

Place the salmon on a desired plate. Fill it with the stuffing. Cover with salmon slices.
Toast one piece of baguette.

Serve along with redberries, toasted bread, parmesan, and orange zest.
