I decided to create a very special wine ice cream.

saperavi

Mint
Whisk cream and add sugar.
In another bowl whisk saperavi and blackberries.
Mix both mixtures.
Transfer the mixture to the desired vessel and place in a freezer for 1 hour. Remove it from the freezer and mix well. Put back to the freezer and repeat this process 4 times.
How To Serve
Garnish with mint.
