Clean the fish. Wash it. Sprinkle with salt and fry on a medium heat from both sides.
Wash leek and parsley. Cut in a small pieces and saute on a low heat along with pumpkin seeds and garlic. Add sesame seeds and salt to taste.
How To Serve
Place the leek on a plate, top with the wish and season with pomegranate.
