300 300 gr. corn flour
100 100 ml. milk
500 500 gr. spinach
100 100 gr. walnuts
30 30 ml. vinegar
2 2 piece garlic
100 100 ml. sunflower oil

Knead the dough from flour and milk. Form long sticks and fry on a pan from all sides. Pour spinach with hot water.

Finely chop spinach. Mix it with grated walnuts, seasonings, and garlic. Add one tablespoon of water and one tablespoon of apple vinegar.

How To Serve

Serve along with pomegranate seeds.
