First of all, boil the pumpkin. Cool it, cut into small cubes, and fry on a medium heat along with anise star and cinnamon.

Melt sugar on a separate pan. Add cream and stir until smooth mixture. This will be our caramel. Fry nuts and almonds on a low heat.

How To Serve

Pour pumpkin with caramel. Sprinkle with nuts.
