Beef steak with pickled cucumbers

ingredients
4 4 beef steaks
400 400 gr. oyster mushrooms
80 80 ml. soy sauce
100 100 ml. vegetable oil
50 50 gr. tarragon
50 50 gr. dried plump
1/2 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
Pickles:
2 2 cucumbers
1 1 lemon
500 500 ml. vinegar
3 3 cloves of garlic
1 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 2 tablespoon salt

Wash and slice cucumbers. Pour in a jar vinegar, 500 ml. of water, salt, red pepper flakes, and garlic. Place cucumbers in the marinade and leave overnight.

Wash and slice mushrooms. Wash tarragon and use only leaves. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. Prepare two pans - one for mushrooms, one for steaks. Fry steaks from both sides.

Start frying mushrooms. In 10 minutes add soy sauce and tarragon.

Serve steaks with mushrooms and pickles.
