150 150 gr. corn flour
200 200 gr. spinach
50 50 gr. walnuts
100 100 gr. sulguni
4 4 cloves of garlic
20 20 gr. adjika
150 150 ml. sour cream
20 20 gr. parsley

Whisk in a blender spinach, along with walnuts and water. Add this mixture to corn flour. Knead the dough, sprinkle with salt, and fry on a pan.

Put sulguni slice on top of every mchadi and bake them for several minutes.

Prepare a sauce: mix adjika and sour cream. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.

How To Serve

Serve along with sauce.
