125 125 gr. flour
60 60 gr. corn starch
270 270 ml. water
1/4 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1 red bell pepper
2 2 green bell pepper
1 1 yellow bell pepper
1 1 carrot
1 1 onion
1 1 piece garlic
1 1 zucchini
1 1 bunch coriander
1 1 bunch green onion
100 100 ml. soy sauce

Place in a bowl flour, salt, and corn starch. Add water and mix well. Put through sieve to get smooth mixture. After, let it rest for at least 30 minutes.

Cut vegetables and sauté one by one. Add soy sauce and garlic. You can also add ginger.

Preheat the pan, spread with oil and fry wrappers only from one side.

Place on plate from the fried side, top with vegetables and wrap. Fry in large amount of oil.

How To Serve

Serve with soy, or any desired sauce.
