Children adore potato croquettes!
Our sauce is for adults, and children can eat them with ketchup.

Wash, peel and cut potatoes into small cubes. Pour with water and cook on a high heat.
Pour water away, make a puree and let it cool. Add 3 eggs, grated cheese and 1 tbsp. of flour. Mix all together.
Divide mixture into equal pieces. Prepare three bowls - one with eggs, one with flour and one with bread crumbs.
Place croquette in flour, after in eggs and in the end, in bread crumbs.
Pour oil into saucepan or pan. Heat it to 180 degrees and fry croquettes.
Sauce: mix sour cream with mustard, honey, lemon juice, garlic and basil.
