Start with cleaning the fillet - remove excess skin and fat. Heat the pan and fry the fillet.
Mix in blender cream, garlic, lemon zest and lemon juice. When the chicken is ready, remove it from the pan, pour wine, leave for a few minutes, put the chicken back and pour with cream.
Boil water. Season couscous with salt, pout with boiled water and cover with a lid. Wait for 7 minutes.
Cut the cucumber. Pour pea with boiled water. Mix vegetables with couscous.
