Clean fish. Cut the gills and fins. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Make horizontal cuts on top.
Cut vegetables. Put lemon inside the fish.
Put the fish and vegetables on the parchment. Pour the wine and wrap envelope.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
