900 900 gr. tomatoes
350 350 gr. red bell pepper
350 350 gr. onions
50 50 ml. olive oil
60 60 gr. garlic
180 180 gr. carrot
50 50 gr. parsley
1-2 1-2 laurel leafs
5 5 gr. basil

Place in a bowl for baking the tomatoes, cleaned carrot, onion, bell pepper, garlic, and bay leaves. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and bake in the oven at 180 degrees about 35 minutes.

Clean baked vegetables and whisk in a blender along with the boiled water, stalks of parsley and paprika.

Whisk until smooth cream soup texture.

How To Serve

Serve with basil and celery stalks.
