Pheasant chakhokhbili
ingredients
1 1 pheasant
2 2 onions
4 4 tomatoes
4 4 piece garlic
20 20 gr. melted butter
100 100 ml. white dry wine
30 30 gr. coriander
1 1 red bell pepper
1 1 red hot chili pepper
10 10 gr. dried coriander

Cut pheasant into pieces.

Saute in melted butter, along with chopped onion and garlic. When onions will be soft, add bell pepper, chili pepper and finely chopped tomatoes.

Pour white wine into the pan.

Season with dried coriander, salt, pepper and finely chopped coriander.
