Watercress unique features were found in antiquity. Its regular use can cure many diseases. Watercress cleans blood and releases toxins from the body. It is frequently used for depression and insomnia. It contains A, E, C, K, D, B vitamins and PP. Also - iodine, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and iron.  

ingredients
200 200 gr. Watercress
50 50 gr. Coriander
50 50 gr. Parsley
1 1 Avocado
2 2 Cucumber
2 2 Kiwi
2 2 Bell Paper
70 70 gr. Sunflower seeds
100 100 ml. Olive oil
1 1 Lemon
1 1 teaspoon Powdered sugar
1 1 рinch Grounded cinnamon
1 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Cut cucumber, kiwi and green bell paper in a small, equal pieces. Leave avocado for the end and pour it with lemon juice, otherwise it will turn black. Also, cut the coriander and the parsley. Place the ingredients in a small bowl.

For the sauce place in a separate bowl and blend olive oil, sesame oil, lemon juice, powdered sugar and grounded cinnamon.

Pour the vegetables and watercress with the sauce. Sprinkle everything with sunflower seeds.

Salad is really good as an appetizer and of course you should have Borjomi with it.
