Milk

Mountain cheese

First, prepare Sinori dough and cut it into shapes.

Next, prepare the Sinori filling by mixing the Nadughi, cream, baked garlic paste, Sulguni, mountain cheese, and salt well.

Soak the Sinori dough in milk, wrap it with the filling

Add garlic, fermented Adjika, and herbs to the shrimp. Boil the smoked cream, then add salt.
