Wakame seaweed

Wakame seaweed (after soaking)

Chuka seaweed

120 gram

Gomadari sauce (walnut)

60 gram

Fresh strawberries

45 gram

Toasted sesame seeds

Prepare the wakame: soak the dried seaweed in cold water for 7–10 minutes. It will expand 4–5 times in volume. Drain the water and squeeze out the excess moisture.

Cut the strawberries into thin slices or small pieces.

Prepare the salad: in a large bowl, combine wakame, chuka, and strawberries.

Decorate the pilaf: add the Gomadari walnut sauce and gently mix.
