Prepare the ingredients in advance: chicken fillet, vegetables and spicy oil

Clean the chicken from the bones.

Add the rest of the ingredients to the meat and mix well.


Let’s prepare Romesco sauce

Wrap the tomatoes and garlic in foil and roast them in the oven.
Toast the almonds and hazelnuts, then peel off their skins.
Add garlic to heated oil. Once the garlic caramelizes, add crushed chili pepper.
Combine sherry vinegar, brown sugar, and red vinegar, bring it to a boil, and pour it over the garlic mixture.

Then add the peeled almonds and hazelnuts.
