For the dough mix the softened butter with 70 g. sugar until it gets white, then add vanilla powder, eggs and mix repeatedly. In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients, add to the mixed butter, stir to turn it into one mass and divide in two pieces. Wrap the dough in a plastic bag and let it rest in the fridge for 2 hours.

Until the dough cools, prepare the jam. You can use any kind of fruit or berries. In this case we are using raspberry. To prepare the jam, put raspberry and 150 g sugar in a boiler and boil for 30 minutes, until it thickens. Cool the jam on room temperature.

Take out the dough and flatten it till 3mm thickness. You can use some flour to make the process easier. Cut heart shapes from both parts of the divided dough, one full and another hollow from the inside. Both shapes must be the same size.
When the shapes are ready, put them on a parchment paper and bake in the oven, on 180 celsius for 8-10 minutes. The edges of the cookie must not burn to brown.

Cool down the baked hearts and put jam on the full shapes, add the empty shapes above and sprinkle with sugar powder.
