French beans

Gurian adjika

30 gram

Salt

Cashew walnut sauce

Roasted cashew

60 gram

cocoa milk

50 gram

Garlic

Salad for Garnish

Olive oil

Sun-dried cherry tomatoes

Cut the blanched green beans into small pieces, Add the pre-mixed Gurian adjika and gently mix everything together.

Place this mixture on the plate, pour the cashew walnut sauce arount it, which is blanded with a coconut milk base.

Gurnish with rucola and sun-dried cherry tomatoes salad.
