Georgian Salad with Walnut Sauce

Walnuts (chopped)

Vegetable oil

Vinegar (to taste, preferably wine vinegar)

Mixed (Georgian spice blend)

Half a sweet pepper

Pomegranate seeds

Cut cucumbers and tomatoes into large slices, onion into half rings. Tear greens with your hands or chop coarsely.

Tear the herbs by hand or chop them roughly.

In a bowl, mix the chopped walnuts with water, add vinegar, vegetable oil, spices, and salt. Mix well until you get a paste-like sauce.
