Cut cheeses into small cubes. Boil 150 ml. of water, sugar, and honey. Place walnuts and peanuts on a pan. Turn on a low heat and caramelize them in honey mixture. Mix in a small bowl olive oil, walnut oil, and soy sauce.

Peel cucumber into thin, long slices. Cut into halves cherry tomatoes and grapes. Make a circle out of cucumber slices. Place inside cheese, tomatoes, and salad leaves. Pour with the dressing. Sprinkle with grated kalti. Top with nuts and grapes.
